No personal decorations inside of the igloos.We will notify purchasers via email and you will be given the option to reschedule (based on availability) or be refunded to your original form of payment. In the event of extreme cold, wind or any inclement weather/unforeseen circumstances, Foxwoods Resort Casino reserves the right to close the rink/igloos and cancel reservations.The igloos are cleaned/disinfected between reservations.
Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance with no penalty.Partial refunds will not be given for late arriving parties. If your party shows up late, we cannot extend the time of your rental. Additional time will require additional reservation and cost, if available. Igloos are sold in 90 minute intervals only.Igloos have a maximum occupancy of 8 people.You are responsible for any damage to igloo/furniture/décor and Foxwoods Resort Casino will charge the credit card on file the price of the damaged item(s).Foxwoods Resort Casino cannot guarantee theme of your igloo this is based on a first come, first serve basis.Any food / drinks brought into the igloos must be purchased on the Foxwoods Resort Casino property - no outside food or drinks.
